Medical Marijuana (Cannabis) Certification under Connecticut State Health guidelines

We assist in providing documentation and certification for state of Connecticut approved indications of medical cannabis use. While the main psychiatric indication for medical cannabis use is PTSD, there are a number of medical conditions that the state of Connecticut considers eligible conditions for medical marijuana use, which our clinic can discuss documenting for our patients. Evaluation and certification services for medical marijuana are subject to a charge of $200 for the initial appointment and $120 for annual renewal. Please contact our office to discuss treatment, fees, or for any other questions you may have.
