Addiction services combine respectful assessment with medication, counseling, behavioral strategies, and coordination based on the person’s needs.
Integrated treatment and recovery support
The source practices identify experience with opioid and alcohol concerns, Suboxone or buprenorphine maintenance, naltrexone, substance-use counseling, and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. Treatment starts with an evaluation of substance use, withdrawal risk, medical needs, prior treatment, supports, and goals.
Some patients need detoxification, residential treatment, emergency care, or another specialty program instead of—or before—outpatient treatment. The clinician will discuss the appropriate level of care.
What care may include

- Medication monitoring and follow-up
- Individual, group, or behavioral counseling when available
