Liane Leedom, M.D.

As a psychiatrist and expert in human development my mission is to work with children, teens, and adults to enable them to reach their full developmental potential. I am a graduate of the USC Keck School of Medicine. I completed internship and residency in psychiatry at Harbor/UCLA and a fellowship in consultation psychiatry at Yale/New Haven Hospital. I have advanced training in mindfulness and DBT Skills and teach these as part of medication management for those interested in a wholistic approach to mental health.
Edith Hergan, M.D.

I am a Board Certified Addiction Medicine Physician, and I have treated and counseled patients struggling with substance abuse for past 10 years.
It has been a privilege to be part of the healing journey of recovery and witness new life emerging.
I specialize in Suboxone treatment for Opioid use disorder and Pain management as well as Naltrexone treatment forAlcohol use disorders .I also have considerable experience treating Anxiety Depression, PTSD and ADHD. During my many years of Medical practice I have served as Medical Director of Anesthesia and Pain Management, as well as, Assistant Professor at University of Illinois and Medical College of Wisconsin Hospitals.
Lynda Emard, APRN.
Adult and Child Psychiatry
I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have worked as a Psychiatric RN for over twenty years, with experience in treating both adolescents and adults before becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2019. I have been working at Central Connecticut Behavioral Health since March 2021. We treat patients age 14 and over with different psychiatric needs including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, personality disorders, and post traumatic stress disorder. We develop a flexible treatment plan and provide medication management based on standard of care, and considering patient preferences in combination with our expertise and evidence-based practice as well as psychotherapy.

My name is Jewel Walters-Davis and I am a Board-Certified Psych APRN that started my journey here at Central Connecticut Behavioral Health in July of 2024. With over a decade of experience in the field of nursing, I treat clients from adolescence to older adulthood with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress, obsessive-compulsive disorders, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and ADHD. I conduct psychiatric evaluations, mental health evaluations, provide medication management.
I firmly believe that treatment goals are best reached through a holistic approach; meaning I encourage my clients to participate in therapy in addition to medication management and lifestyle modifications. I am an ECFMG certified medical graduate from Trinity School of Medicine. My role at CCBH is as a patient-provider liaison for various clinical management services, such as our Esketamine/Spravato program and performing various screening tests for history collection. My areas of interest include harm reduction, trauma research, and interventional psychiatry.
